- Measure your short grain rice with the mearuing cup you got with your rice cooker.
- This measuring cup is usually 6 ounces or close to 3/4 of a cup of rice.
- For this recipe you need to start with two of those measures.

- Spray rice cooker pan with nonstick cooking spray
- Add water, rice, onion flakes and reserved tuna oil
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and cook about 20 minutes, or until rice cooker shuts off
- Fill your rice cooker pan about half full with water
- Cover and turn on
- Clean your corn
- When the water boils, add as much corn as will fit and be covered with water
